If you have a defective product, please contact us by email at WickedGrom@Gmail.com. Please include your name and order number. Our return policy allows returns up to 15 days after purchase. We do not accept returns on ANY used/opened items. We cannot accept returns on certain engine parts or ANY electronics that have been tampered with. Contact us for any questions.
For items you'd like to return, as long as they are unopened, and in original condition, there is a 20% restocking fee. This is Non-negotiable. On average we spend about an hour on all returns. Also, for returns, we cannot cover the Return shipping, or the original shipping charge to get the item to you. If the item was a free shipping package, the appropriate amount WickedGrom spent to get the product to you, cannot be refunded.
